Job description: Reporting to finance director, the employee will be responsible for conducting due diligence, conducting company valuation studies and investment structuring and supporting finance director in dealing with the daily and post M&A affairs.
Duties and responsibilities: 1.Conduct due diligence for selected companies in financial and other aspects 2.Prepare the investment structure and valuation for selected companies, in coordination with finance director. 3.Support finance director in dealing with the daily and post M&A affairs 4.Review consolidation reporting. Skills and abilities required: 1.University Degree or above 2.3 year or more working experience in big 4, venture capital/investment company or other accounting firm 3.Very good knowledge and experience in conducting financial Due Diligence 4.Very good knowledge and experience in Investment Structuring & Valuation 5.Very good communication skills Required language skills: Fluent English
Responsibilities: Responsible for produce timely & accuracy management report for China BU and consolidation report for China Company Follow up the actual activities of each BU, compare the data with the budgets Analyze the fluctuation of those controllable cost items, help to find the reasons and solutions Preparing variety analysis report to support business requirement Provide value added comments to business activity with solid financial analysis data Responsible for preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts Give suitable training to appropriate members in team.
Skills and abilities required: Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field, CPA or MBA preferred Solid understanding of PRC GAAP and good knowledge of US GAAP Good advanced computer and analytical skills are essential English (band 6 and above) in both writing and verbal are required A minimum of 6 years experience in finance/accounting field in MNC with at least recent 4 years experience of financial analysis Diligent, apt to digitals, reliable, result-oriented with good team-work spirits.

网络设计：根据业务需求，制定与设计全网的路由与安全策略 网络建设与维护：通过7*24的技术维护和持续不断地网络调整与优化向客户提供高品质的网络服务与技术支持。 网络初装：根据SD的运维流程、规范要求，及时、准确的完成用户的网络初装 网络监控：通过对netcool、ipmonitor、配置自动保存、log自动告警等网管软件的使用和观察实现对网络品质的实时监控 域名管理：负责对公司自用的域名、ip地址、自治域信息进行申请、管理和维护 技术支持：对相关业务部门和客户提供必要的网络技术支持和指导。
